"Visit to emergency at Box Hill Hospital"

About: Box Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I received care from a doctor I believe was not competent. When I was trying to tell him what why I came to the Emergency Department, he kept interrupting me, talking over me and ignoring what I was saying. I felt he was very rude and it seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. In my opinion, he just wanted to get me out. I felt like he talked down and wasn't interested in helping me.
