(as the patient),

Just wanted to pass on a big thank you for the maternity unit at St John of God Midland! I gave birth to my baby recently and my husband and I were extremely happy with the great support and guidance we received from the midwives who looked after us (Jeannie, Michelle and Kirsty) to name a few and the great medical team we came in contact with. 

The support made the experience of birth unforgettable and something we will take away with us forever. 

Well done on a great maternity unit and team.
