"A beautiful hearted RN"

I just want to leave some amazing feedback on RN Edward (from Sydney Eye Hospital - Level 2 West Ward), he is an amazing person and you can tell he really loves his job. The way he interacts with all the patients is unbelievable.

My grandma had eye surgery and is very limited to English - he was so excellent with her and always keeping me informed of her progress & how to look after her when we take her home. He takes his time and makes sure you understand the process etc. I believe I can speak on behalf of most of the patients in that ward who said that he was an angel and yes I can confirm that he definitely is. 

I felt like my grandma was in the best possible care and she also told me how he looked after her so well, and I was able to leave her knowing that she will be well looked after - I cannot thank him enough and we need more nurses like him around. 

To check in I would call the ward desk to ask about the progress of my grandma and he was so attentive, I cannot thank him enough.

Thank you Eddie you are an absolute gem!
