I had a fatty lump removed from my shoulder under day surgery. Absolutely wonderful service and the staff were friendly and professional. Great care, they were all terrific.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your comments regarding your recent surgery at Yarra Ranges Health. I was so pleased to read it was such a positive one and that the staff were so friendly and professional.

It's clear to me the staff displayed the Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility and I am so proud of their efforts each and every day. It will give me great pleasure to share your comments with them and their manager.
