"Great Experience at Cardiac Rehabilitation"

Experienced a heart attack recently, and was referred for Cardiac Rehab at Wantirna Health. After a false start (needing stenting to be completed), I was wonderfully supported by the fabulous staff and volunteers at Cardiac Rehab.

I found the combination of exercise program, education sessions, and one on one support and advice to be excellent, and it has been instrumental in me getting back onto my feet. The team were professional throughout, and always approachable, and worked to my and the other patient's levels.

Being slow to progress, they even extended the sessions available to fit my and my body's needs. One thing that would be good to supplement the skilled team would be a Social Worker to give their particular expertise in some of the education sessions and to supplement some of the one on one for those of us that have some issues to work through.

Overall, excellent.
