(as a service user),

I learnt a new strategy in Roadmaps that has really helped me to move forward in my journey. It is Stop, Think, and Do. Before Roadmaps I always did ‘Do’ first.

I manage the process of writing reports for the organisation's funding bodies, administer the client data system and prepare and analyse client data for reporting purposes.
