About: Wonthaggi Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I was recently a patient in the ED department at Bass Coast Health. 

The care I received was very good. All staff very professional and supportive.

The tests that I needed were attended to straight away without any delay. The communication between doctors and nursing staff was outstanding.

Well done to all and thanks for the wonderful care.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback about the Emergency Department. It's often a very busy and chaotic place, made more difficult by the lack of space - it's so good to hear that your care was prompt and appropriate. Hope you are doing well now.
