(as a carer),

I had to take my partner to ED. He has chronic health issues .

The treatment was excellent right from the triage nurse, through fast track, into the ward .

All of the nurses, the surgeon, all were excellent at listening to my partner and me.

This is an excellent hospital .

Thank you so much for taking the time to share feedback regarding the positive experience you and your partner experienced at Box Hill Hospital.

Given your partner had ongoing health issues, you no doubt have many experiences to base your comments on. It will give me great pleasure to share your feedback with the teams in the Emergency Department, the ward and surgical staff.

We receive a lot of positive and not so positive feedback regarding communication and I am so pleased to read that you felt listened to - so important.
