A loved one passed away recently. They had multiple terminal diagnoses.

I thank all the team who cared with great compassion for my loved one. What a marvellous small hospital Harvey is. People have names and not just a bed number!

Congratulations on a job well done; to everyone concerned with my loved one's welfare.

Thank you so much for taking time to provide such lovely feedback to the Harvey Hospital team that provided care for your loved one in their final days. My sincere condolences to you and your family members on your loss.

It is always such a stressful and sad time for families and I really appreciate that the care provided made such a positive impact for you.

The Harvey Hospital team really try to provide individual care that responds to the needs of the person and their families at all times.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated and I will ensure that the Harvey Team receive this.
