Visited Kerang Hospital recently to have a colonoscopy and gastroscopy. 

It was a very comfortable experience from start to finish. I will not single out a particular staff member only to say that they were all pleasant, encouraging and attentive to your needs, which made the experience a memorable one. 

When you are getting a bit older, you really appreciate their experience and welcoming nature. 

Very reassuring when you feel you are in safe hands.

The staff are very conscious of their patients' needs for the day and especially for the "older ones" and it is so important that you are welcomed, feel comfortable and safe. Dear skypt73,

Thank you for taking the time to write your story about your scope procedures at our hospital. I am very interested in some of the descriptions you have provided for some clinical things that can be relatively unpleasant and invasive. It is hugely complementary to our theatre staff that you felt welcomed, safe and attended to throughout this journey.
