(as the patient),

I recently had a knee replacement at Armadale Kelmscott Memorial Hospital, whose service and professionalism I cannot fault. As part of the follow up, Rehabilitation In The Home (RITH) sent a physiotherapist named Ivy to my home to check up on my progress. She was extremely personable and professional, giving me the info I needed to increase my strength and mobility through the programme of excersises she instructed me on. The follow-up was another very positive experience as she took the time to explain my progress and what I could expect to achieve by following her instructions. All in all, if you need to be hospitalised at any time, this is the kind of service you hope to recieve to get the best results in your recovery.
