I recently had a colonoscopy at Kerang District Hospital. The prep information form was excellent. The staff were really efficient, caring and professional. The treatment was a breeze. The aftercare in the ward was tops, they contacted me the next day. The care was 10/10.

Thank you for your feedback and giving an excellent score of 10/10 for your care during your recent colonoscopy. Our staff are always striving to model our values at Kerang District Health. "Care" and "Excellence" are 2 of our value statements, so I am glad they achieved this with your stay, as well as the follow up phone call. Your comments about the prep information sheet as a consumer are valued too. Providing clear and understandable directions for the colonoscopy prep are very vital to achieving the best results. I will pass on your comments to my wonderful staff.
