"Great experience for my child"

I attended the Epworth Richmond today for my young child to have their adenoids removed. We had a very pleasant experience. I found all the staff helpful and friendly. From admission to discharge we were very well looked after by admin, nurses and floor staff. When we had to wait a bit longer for our surgery than expected the theatre staff kept us company and chatted with my child, who otherwise would have been quite restless. Thank you.
