(as the patient),

I just want to give a big thankyou to the staff members of Maroondah Hospital Medical Imaging Department. Recently I was referred urgently to get a nuclear scan and needed to bring my young child. It ended up disasterious when my child began to have a meltdown, thankfully four staff members all took it upon themselves to care for my child and do above and beyond to assist in calming them down.

I can’t thank you enough for all you did in making my life that little bit easier. 

Absolutely can’t recommend this hospital enough.

Thank you so much for taking the time for sharing your positive experience with the Nuclear Medicine service in Medical Imaging at Maroondah Hospital.

Clearly this was a very difficult time for you and your child and I was so pleased to read the staff there did all they could to support you both. Its very evident the Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility were practiced by the team and it will give me great pleasure to share your comments with them through their manager, Claire.

I trust KAH that any issues you may have with your health issues are being well managed!
