(as the patient),

I had a sebaceous cyst on the side of my neck and, last month, it got infected, even after taking antibiotics, it still didn't get better. 

I went into the Emergency Department on Saturday afternoon and they admitted me straight away, suddenly I was prepared for surgery on Sunday. 

I was so worried, never expected to go into surgery so quickly, but the staff were so supportive and their calm attitude helped me immensely.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism of all of them.

They really made my stay so much easier and more comfortable. 

I have lots to thank them for and I wish them all the best.

I sincerely understand undertaking surgery can be very daunting and to know that our staff assisted in bringing you support and comfort during this time is reassuring, yet something I know they strive to do at all times.
