Rang Eureka Cascade Gardens Terranora, spoke with a very helpful person. They advised residents do not always give plenty of notice about moving so it is best to contact them regularly.
I find this very disappointing as I have now had to find another alternative. Eureka Cascade Gardens Terranora would have been perfect.
Perhaps those living there need to be held more accountable for letting management know when they will be vacating.
