We had an appointment early morning at the Orthopaedics Clinic.
We arrived a bit early and were still sitting there until mid morning then we were told the doctor is held up on the wards. We were not seen till late morning, then rushed in to see the doctor who was in a hurry. They also told us they had a meeting early too which we were not informed about. This is a bad way to treat people. No information. My knees were killing me as I had to have an operation on them. My spouse had lost a whole days pay then I was told to come back for a CT scan at a later date. We live a long way from the hospital and we think our time is important as we have now lost money and are not rich people. Very upset by this.
