(as a service user),

- Support on my journey to sobriety was good.

- Respecting my position was good.

- Helpful staff were good.

- It made me feel valued. 

- Transport to and from could be improved.

Hi again Augustes96,

I've just spoken to the Manager who informed me that the staff at Roadmaps work hard to arrange transport where possible. Additionally, they provide the program in various towns to ensure that those who are interested can attend in the most suitable location.

Thank you for bringing it up - there will be further discussions about what we can do to assist clients get to program!
