"Very comfortable environment"

I have been going here for IVIg infusions every fortnight for over 5 years. The staff have remained the same during this time, and this provides a very comfortable environment for us outpatients. The receptionist is always so helpful, and the nurses provide excellent help to all that attend. Recently, I needed to obtain an Export Permit to allow me to take a dose of my IVIg with me, for my overseas holiday. I knew nothing of the process, and found the receptionist and nurses went well beyond my expectations in helping me obtain the product and packaged it properly for taking on the plane. I call this place my second home, as I am here so often, and know the nurses and receptionist so well. They are very caring individuals and help their patients however they can.
