"Staff dedication, empathy and absolute kindness"

About: Royal Hospital for Women / Gynaecology Outpatients

(as the patient),

I was so impressed with the staff on level 2 in the Day Surgery section who attended to my every need with dedication, empathy and absolute kindness....all this was done with a smile and a touch on occasion.

I've always admired the nursing staff and take my hats off to the people who dedicate their time to serving those in need of their care.

It is very rewarding for our staff to receive such positive feedback from patients. The care provided to our patients is important and we are fortunate to have some very dedicated and caring staff.
