I arrived at the hospital Emergency Department and waited for 3 hours when other patients followed me and came in front of me.
When I asked the nurse why I was not being examined, I received, what I feel was, an impatient answer, a lack of niceness and disdain. I was told that it was the Emergency Department and I was not in an emergency and that the waiting time is reasonable.
Beyond the fact that not just emergency cases require treatment, I feel that the dismissive treatment and the manner in which the staff accepted the behavior was disgraceful and incomprehensible.
Even patients who are not defined as urgent need treatment, and I feel that it is a pity that, beyond the long waiting period, the treatment is terrible
