Nurse Practitioner Kirsten was brilliant at the Warren Health Service - answering the many, many questions of a nervous ASD young child. She explained every tiny step before starting, during and when she had finished. The extra time taken by her made what could have been a bad experience into one where my child trusted her and accepted the treatment given much more easily.
