"Unfair way to prioritise patients"

When I went to Blacktown Emergency Department recently I told the triage nurse that I had shortness of breath and bad coughing. The nurse triaged me and sat me outside. After 2 hours I was still sitting there with shortness of breath and coughing with 8 people in front of me. Now how is a broken leg or a normal walking person sneezing more prioritised than me who can't breathe properly?

I have now come to my local GP as the hospital doesn't think they need to see me. Really makes me mad. I feel they should see patients in the order they come in. Not some person who makes a judgment of when the doctor should see you. In my opinion, the service at Blacktown Hospital is really bad.
