"No report given"

About: St George Hospital

(as the patient),

I attended St George Hospital recently for a test that was required by my employment, but have not been given my report. What kind of service is that? Even in a third world country they have a good facility, but here they only will respond to me if I call. They're telling me they don't have a doctor to process my report, but this is not my problem. If you're a hospital, you should have a doctor. I am losing my job because of this hospital not giving me this report - I've been asked to submit it or they will hire someone else.
