"Hospital experience"

I was admitted to St. Vincent's Private whilst massive extensions and re-building going on. I feel this is greedy. In my opinion the whole of the construction work could have been done whilst the hospital was closed, not to mention save the patient's sanity and lack of sleep.

It made me angry that as a vegan I couldn't get any food. There was rude staff, and even ruder management in my opinion. I feel this hospital has tiny 1970s bathrooms and overpriced parking. Even with the highest insurance, I feel doctors are so greedy here they won't tell you a gap for pathology and radiology. No one seems to know what they're doing.

The volunteers sell papers at a mark-up. Worse, the pharmacy isn't open on the weekend for emergencies. I feel they overcharged me on a pension, on branded medications I didn't want.

Finally I think the staff that looked after me didn't wash their hands enough before they touched me and came to work sick. My bed and bathroom wasn't cleaned for three days!
