"Patient care"

About: Armadale Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I visited Armadale Hospital Emergency Department today  and found out we had lost our first baby.

John the consultant from the start was kind and empathetic, and delivered the news with grace. His bedside manner was absolutely amazing. Izzy our nurse  was also so attentive and kind, it made the whole experience that little bit less  traumatic.

Thank you so much.

Dear carinaqd58,

Please accept my sincere condolences. It is heart-warming to know that John and Izzy were able to provide compassionate care during such a traumatic experience. They will both be so very pleased that they were able to make a difference. We are very proud of the team at Armadale Emergency Department and John and Izzy are two individuals that consistently provide care with compassion and kindness. I will ensure they receive this feedback, it will mean a lot to them.
