After a stupid mistake I had the pleasure of being looked after in Ward 3 at the Hand Hospital. The whole team in this Ward showed a level of care and commitment to me and, I feel, the other people in at the time, that was far beyond expectations. If this is the level of training and dedication to their job, I feel the system is in good hands. Well done.
I would just like to let all members of this Hand Unit, from staff in training to the top-notch doctors and surgeons and without a doubt the nurses, that what they are doing in this Ward and how they do it, they can be very proud of themselves, and never listen to bad criticism from others even if they have had a bad experience (in their opinion).
Absolutely best care, and if I ever do a stupid thing again to my hands, that's where I want to go, very impressed.
