My child was admitted overnight following an anaphylactic reaction. The whole experience, from arrival and treatment in ED to the care in Short Stay Unit and efficient discharge process the next morning, was so positive. All staff were fantastic, with special mention to our nurse overnight - Deb. She was so warm and genuine and really made a difference. We shared a few conversations, parent to parent, and I really appreciated how Deb listened to me.
