We sat in the Emergency Department for several hours with a child with a head injury. I feel they prioritised a hypochondriac with a pulled muscle, and other less-urgent patients. In my opinion, it's a joke. I feel there is not enough staff, with no organisation - I feel this is absolutely atrocious for a hospital.
