About: SMHS Rehabilitation In The Home (RITH)

(as the patient),

I can only compliment the various disciplines that the hospital has organised.

Some of these disciplines include physiotherapy, social work and dietician.

All of these people evaluated and listened to my personal circumstances, all with the aim, of course, of keeping me at home and from being re-admitted to hospital.
