(as the patient),

We recently delivered our child at King Edward Memorial Hospital and couldn’t be happier with our midwife care. Meg was incredible and patient. She took time to work with our delivery desires and when intervention was required, she was quick to respond and give us a safe delivery. We couldn’t have been more grateful and she should be proud of her skills and quick actions. The student with her on the day was also wonderful and should take as much as she can from Meg. All other midwives on our journey through the hospital were also amazing. Thanks team.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Women and Newborn Health Service. I am pleased to hear of the support that was provided to you by your Midwife, Meg and by the nursing student involved in your care. Our service strives to always provide quality, patient-centered care and, as the State's only tertiary maternity and gynaelogical hospital, it is pleasing to hear of the high-quality care that is being provided to our patients by our current and emerging nursing staff.
