"Excellent service"

My child has been connected with Sue-Maree at Collie Hospital for about a year. The whole experience has been very positive for us. Once their speech challenges were identified by their teacher we were contacted very quickly by Sue-Maree and were offered an appointment. The appointment times offered were flexible and allowed us to fit around my child's school and our work commitments.

Sue-Maree was very professional, engaged well with our child and whilst she gave us things to work on we always left feeling encouraged as she pointed at all the things our child was doing well. Our home program and follow-up appointments were always clearly communicated and written down if we desired. She connected well with our child and theyr were comfortable attending appointments, so comfortable that they felt able to say that they needed a break from speech appointments of which Sue-Maree heard and respected.

Our child has now been discharged from the service as their issues have been resolved.

We really appreciated being able to access such excellent service in Collie as having to drive to another location would have been a significant inconvenience. The timely nature and the flexibility fo appointment days and times available were also much appreciated.
