The care I received from presentation at Emergency through to post operative care at the Lyell McEwin Hospital, Adelaide exceeded expectations. The Doctor that cared for me in the Women's Assessment Unit was highly professional, understanding and empathetic at a really difficult time for me. Once on the women's health ward the care that I received from all of the midwives that were assigned to look after me was exceptional. They treated me with care, compassion and understanding in a distressing and painful time for me and my family. While this wasn't the medical outcome we hoped for I am very happy with the care I received.
