"Excellent care at Kerang Hospital"

(as the patient),

I was only in Kerang Hospital for a few hours, for a flexible cystoscopy. The care I received was excellent, everyone involved was courteous and helpful. The coffee and 'sangers' were great.

Thank you very much for your positive feedback.

Our staff work hard to ensure all outpatients have a positive experience in theatre (a time which can be very overwhelming and quite scary).

I will pass your comments on to the theatre staff- very glad you enjoyed the coffee!
