I have been employed in the Aged Care industry for many years and would like to communicate that I feel I am now finally experiencing Aged Care delivery at the highest of standards.

I believe that the management and staff are friendly, supportive and compassionate and that the consumers I see in this service seem to be treated with dignity, respect and are cherished by all who work there.

The staff I see seem to be always more than happy to help with any problems that may arise and I feel issues raised are dealt with promptly. This is the first place that I have genuinely enjoyed working. It seems there is always a happy and positive vibe there and always lots of activities taking place.

All in all a great place to work and would strongly recommend anyone who considers working or living here.
