(as a service user),

As an Aged Care Assistant Service (ACAS) clinician, I visit many hospitals. I have never been made to feel so welcome by all staff and in particular social worker Jill. Everyone was warm welcoming and helpful. Also, want to say documentation was neat and easy to access making my assessments much easier! Thank you!

I think this is the first post I have received from a service provider on Patient Opinion. Thanks so much for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback in what I know is such a busy day for you!!
