(as the patient),

I am a pensioner who is in the unfortunate position of having to be fitted for dentures due to gum disease. I have what can only be described as a morbid fear of dentistry due to several negative past experiences and so I attended your clinic with considerable trepidation.

I need not have worried as Anne changed my perception of dentistry in the first session. The first extractions were totally pain-free and handled in the most professional yet relaxing manner and so I am no longer concerned about the sessions to come.

It is wonderful to think that such competent professionals are available to pensioners. Thank you Anne and assistants.
