Today I went for my first ever surgery at Sydney Hospital. The anaesthetic assistant (as well as the anaesthetist and recovery nurses) was so lovely and helpful during the stressful day by keeping conversations funny, happy, and entertaining.
I suffer from high anxiety and all the female staff in the hospital that helped during pre-op and recovery totally understood my nerves and gave me great information and advice which helped me calm down and feel safe!
Once in recovery, nurse Natasha made my 3 hours in hospital way more enjoyable with the amazing hospitality and genuine care. She gave me two jelly cups, two ice creams, custard, a banana, and lemonade when all I asked for was an ice block! If that doesn’t illustrate the fantastic hospitality then I don’t know what does! Was a wonderful experience for such a scary day and I’m so grateful for all the amazing staff and surgeons for helping me.
"Great service with Rhinoplasty"
