(as the patient),

I arrived at the reception area at the required time and was met with great service and information regarding to the place I had to go and was escorted by a volunteer. 

The people from start to finish were fantastic, I couldn’t have asked for better service. They were caring and friendly and really professional. The hot drink and sandwiches afterward were delicious.

Overall I couldn’t fault it at all. I’d be very happy to go again.

Thank you for taking the time and effort to publically recognise the fabulous service at Albany Health Campus. It is always wonderful to receive such great feedback. In particular, thank you for your appreciation of the various staff involved in your care.

The Meet & Greet volunteers add so much value to the hospital, assisting our reception staff to coordinate patients and visitors.

Our dedicated health care professionals work hard to make our patients experience as pleasant as possible, and our catering staff work hard to provide tasty, nutritious food.

I’m delighted to know that you couldn’t have asked for better service.
