(as a parent/guardian),

My child had a traumatic amputation of their little finger after an assault. I cannot praise the staff in the ED and on the ward and the theatre staff enough.  Everyone was so professional and caring it was delightful. It made a bad situation almost bearable. The doctors were so patient and caring and were more than happy to answer all our questions and reassure us. Just a wonderful facility with exceptional staff.

The staff are always very grateful to hear back from the patients and families regarding the care that they have provided.
