"Christmas break up"

My spouse and I were invited to attend a Christmas luncheon. We were both very impressed with the table decorations and Christmas crackers all the residents seemed to enjoy opening them with others. The menu was delicious and included a prawn cocktail, traditional Christmas dinner and followed by plum pudding with cram and custard. Wine and beer were on offer and most enjoyed a tipple with their meal. After enjoying a cup of tea or coffee, we all went into the day room for happy hour. This is when Santa arrived and gave out delicious wrapped chocolate to all.

The facility itself was very nicely decorated and most staff wore all types of Christmas wear. It seemed a very happy place and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I think there would have been a lot of tired but contented residents repairing to their rooms to sleep off the great meals. Thank you all for making this a very special day for all.
