(as a parent/guardian),

My child sustained a serious head injury on a public holiday evening recently. They were transferred by RFDS from Albany to Perth Children's Hospital (PCH).

All the staff - ED, Emergency Short Stay, and the staff of ward 2A were the best! Helpful, professional, going the extra mile at all times. Really made a very stressful few days so much easier.
