"Fantastic staff but hospital needs an upgrade"

My toddler child cut their head recently, it was bleeding quite a lot and required medical attention. We went to Bulli Hospital Urgent Care. The staff were fantastic - helpful, attentive and sympathetic. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

We had to wait for two and a half hours, I feel it is a shame that it is so understaffed. I was taken aback by the building and surrounds, it would appear there have not been any upgrades since the 70s. The road into the service was riddled with potholes, I was holding tissues onto my child's head as my spouse drove, which was quite difficult due to the bumpiness of the road. The building itself was in dire need of an upgrade in my opinion. What a shame that although the population of the northern suburbs is growing, essential services such as this are allowed to be in such a state and so understaffed.
