About: Patient Assisted Travel Scheme - WACHS Kimberley

(as the patient),

I am required to go to Perth KEMH from Kununurra for tests. I was feeling a little anxious about the whole prospect especially as I am not familiar with Perth or surrounding area.

Jane (PATS Clerk) organised flights, recommended accommodation close to hospital and offered reassuring words putting my anxiety to rest.

Everything was organised within 24 hours and I was impressed at Jane's efficiency.
