I attended the 'Happy Mealtimes' workshop later last year and I just wanted to share how much it has changed things for us! Mealtimes really are stress-free now for all of us and my child is eating all kinds of foods that they wouldn't even try before. They are eating more food and I am more confident that they are getting enough and also eating more of a balanced diet.

Thank you so much to the ladies who ran the workshop. Their advice was invaluable and they took the time to answer all of my questions. We saw a quick improvement in the days following after only implementing some of the tips and things have continued to improve. Please pass on my thanks.

What a wonderful outcome for you and your family, thank you so much for sharing your feedback. Our Dietitians and Occupational Therapists have attended training updates and have worked together to develop the 'Happy Mealtimes' program based on the most current health information. The goals of the program are to empower parents with knowledge and strategies for their children to have more enjoyable experiences with a range of healthy foods. We are so happy to hear that for your family, this has been achieved! We value our partner, the Child and Parent Centre in Rangeway, who support us with such a great community setting for these classes.
