When I went into emergency, I didn't know what I had, just was fighting the flu. Apparently it was the killer flu. My body was shutting down and my breathing was their main concern. They kept me in for 5 days. Most of my treatment has been medication.
I have been with a group through the hospital for several weeks doing exercises, being monitored and being educated about my condition. The sad thing now is my program is up. It would be great to be able to continue with this as it has helped me so much to cope with my conditions.
I will never be 100% again but the education has helped me understand more.
I was lucky to survive, thanks.
