"Very grateful"

I took a friend to Liverpool Hospital recently for the third time in one and a half weeks with a horrific infection in their toes and foot.

I believe no one seemed to realise, with all the treatment they'd had, they were getting worse, even though we had it bandaged at the GP's every day.  This is the short story.

However, recently this lovely Anja, actually listened to what we were saying and acted accordingly, medically and in communication. This really helped as we had been so confused as to what should be done. Please let her know that we are very grateful.
