"Achieving my goals at LFR"

About: Lives Lived Well - Logan Family Recovery

(as a service user),

I came to Logan Family Recovery (LFR) because I had a problem with meth and wanted to continue my recovery and work towards my goals of housing, health and employment.

I was clean for a some months prior to coming to LFR and found this helped with settling in to the program with my partner and child. I was happy to be able to come to rehab with my family, as initially, we were going to do recovery separately in different towns.

I felt the program gave me good structure and routine, the parenting program I believe, provided helpful strategies to manage my child's behaviours, I learned about healthy eating and not eating takeaway every day and learned about relapse prevention and managing my cravings.

I felt very supported at LFR. The staff were helpful in my opinion and I felt comfortable working with them to achieve my goals.
