"Supported when I was struggling"

About: Lives Lived Well - Logan Family Recovery

(as the patient),

I first started at Logan Family Recovery (LFR) because I was addicted to methamphetamine and wanted to change my life around for my family to live a better life. It was the best thing when I found out that my partner, my child and myself could all recover in one place rather than having to split the family up into different towns.

After coming to LFR I started to gain knowledge on how to be a clean and healthy person who can live a normal life without having to always turn to drugs. I learned about relapse prevention strategies, self-care, routine, and parenting under pressure. I felt that I was very supported here when I was struggling. LFR helped me to overcome many cravings and struggles that I faced during my stay at LFR.
