I started my recovery journey with Windana Rehabilitation and the Salvation Army, St Kilda. I had heaps of mental problems while I was doing hard drugs and drinking grog but once I gave up the illegal drugs my mental health got better.
This is what I replaced the drugs and grog with; exercise, fishing, swimming, walking and education. Pray A.A. (Alcoholics Anonymous) church fellowship 1 day at a time. God bless all.
